I will accept refunds, but only for certain reasons. For example, if your disk is scratched, tell me and I will offer to send another disk. If you don't want another, I will give you a refund. When you hotswap, if your disk stops at a random percentage and says "unreadable", please do not file a dispute on Paypal. Tell me and I will send another. This could be caused by you hotswapping incorrectly, or it could have been scratched during the shipping process. The main point I'm trying to get across is, please don't file disputes. Email me (support@isosickle.com) or use the "Contact Me" tab, list the email you paid with, and I will ship a new disk. Easy as that!
